Founded in 1991 by Mr. Brindley Pieters, P.E., BPA provides professional civil and structural engineering services along with construction management and inspection services and program management services to a notable list of repeat clients, which include city, county, and state agencies as well as private firms.
BPA is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) with offices in Florida and Georgia.
